What is your exhaust setup? Getting rid of the maf and running an sd tune could possibly help a little.

i was a little disappointed, i added the ported throttle body, under drive crank pulley, and the ram air hood and it made absolutely zero difference. I know none of those individually will make for much difference but i thought combined would at least make a small difference. Ran a couple months ago in some great weather and it ran a 7.75 and that was with a better 1.59 sixty foot..
oh well, i'm still happy with 7.7 for a full weight bolt on car.
I'm ready to do an aftermarket cam now.

Ram airs depending which one is usually good for 1-3 mph. What was the da this time to the track compared to the last time you ran a 7.7x?

agreed. DA is very important to make sure your comparing apples to apples.

Right, for sure.

they were extremely similar, it was around 100ft the most recent run and the original 7.7 was also 100-200 ft

although the original time was at a different track. I haven’t been able to run there again since then.
