Went out to No Problem Raceway tonight since it rained all weekend long. First pass, full bottle at 1200 psi, ready to stage and just my luck, trash on the track so we were delayed.

Left at 5500 RPM, spun a little out of the hole and squirmed the whole way down the track (low pressure). Didnt feel like a 9 second pass until they told me "Go to Tech" and handed me my slip...BAAM!

Here is the video, my camera-man had technical difficulties (Candy wasnt there) lucky I was lined up against one of my friends in his renegade mustang so his wife was video'n and got my launch and finish. Glad he was all motor and not sprayin to his normal 8.80. Thanks DJ.

Thanks to everyone that encouraged me not to give in to an automatic and thanks to Mike at Ram Clutches for one bad *** clutch that has taken my many nitrous passes. This motor has been tough, made a year old in July and has had tons of nitrous shoved in it with no mechanical problems. NOW its coming apart for upgrades just in time for the Thunder Race

The ECS boys ran a 9.85 (backed up) on a stock block LT1 about a month ago (on a 150 shot). They got booted from e-town and told not to come back till the full cage was in (only a 6 pt right now). The car defin. has more in it (the 9.85 was a da of @3400 and 90 degrees).
