Mine hit 13.5 @102with only a weld in flowmaster 2.73 gears 2000 z28

After headers and intake, still 2.73 and stock stall, 12.9 ) 109mph 1.9xx 60'

My girlfriends 99 z28 stock to the filter 3.23 geared car ran a 13.5 @ 102 2.08 60' spinning slightly and it always short shifts on the 1-2, If it had the shift points adj(tune), and slightly better traction it may pull a 13.3 or better
