i went to the track for the first time and did 14.3
i think its the slowest ls1 !!!
all stock camaros can be at least mid 13
whats the problem why my car is veeeeeeeery slow
its bone stock z28 camaro A4 with 2.73 gears

If the rear gear ratio is indeed 2.73:1 then the 14.3 is expected. If the car had 3.73:1 rear gears, then a 13 sec time slip could be expected. 2.73:1 gears are for gas mileage, NOT performance!

its more than 125 000 miles
spinning just when i take off
by the way i was shifting manually
and i feel like theres an electrical problem in my car because the lights always going up and down specially gauges and dash lights - front light - rear lights

This cracks me up! You would need some SERIOUS power to be able to spin the tires "halfway down the track" with 2.73:1 gears! You will be lucky to spin the tires 1/2 a foot with those gears!

2.73's are a stock auto gear, the only other option was 3.23's. Manuals got 3.42's
My mother drove her SS to a 13.4 BONE STOCK w/ 3.23's
My friend drove his z28 to 13.6 BONE STOCK w/2.73's
If you think an LS1 is a 14 second car you are mistaken.
OP, could you post a slip, we can help you better if we see what your car is doing. If the slip is showing a lack of power maybe something is up.

Leave the car in drive and let it shift on its own, keep air in the tires, pulling air in street tires is pretty pointless, I tired it. When you change the oil use a good synthetic, check the air filter, plugs, and wires. If it was me I would swap the plugs for some TR-55's or something while you are at it.
If there is no check engine light then that should take care of the problem.
Whats the 60 foot time?
My LT1 car ran 13.8@100 with a 2.2 60 with nitrous spark plugs (TR-6), street tires with to low tire pressure, 3.42's mail order tune, no A/C, rear seats, front way bar, CAI, free mods, magnaflow, STB, LCA's and PHR. Also had a torn elbow.
With the issues fixed it should have gone 13.7 pretty easy... Best thing I did for that car was a good tune up. Syntetic gear oil, synthetic motor oil (15W-50, should have gon lighter), good filter, good plugs and MSD wires. That stuff alone woke the car up, with factory 2.73's I could not spin the tires from a stop, with the tune up I could spin them really good.
Just spin the tires enough to clean the dirt off them.
If the lights are acting up then I would check that out, could be affecting the voltage going to and or out of the coil packs...
If its your first time at the track with the car then thats part of it, it took me like 10 passes just to get out of the 14's.

you can NOT shift better than the computer on an A4... there is a reason they call it an AUTOMATIC...
leave it in Drive and stomp it...

Apparently I am a nobody who knows nothing, so please disregard the previous posts! But given the rated power and the the rated weight of the car with the 2.73:1 gears with a auto trans in a STOCK car, the math does not add up. But your results may vary, and if they do I apologize!

i have seen many 2.73 Ls1s running 13s here at my altitude, granted they are high 13s but none-the-less been done..
it has also been proven on Ls1 cars that you do not need a bunch of gear to run hard!
OP
how many runs did you get,is this your first Ls1 and lastly why are you shifting an A4 put it in D and go?

dont go off what mags say or what even GM "rated" these cars at...
ls1s make 350 hp.... or 290-310 hp on average to the ground.... a4s come with either 273s or 323s... m6s come with 342s... depending on options they weight somewhere around 3350-3650, the average being about 3500..
dont bench race and give opinions.. there have been PLENTY of 273 geared a4s BONE stock that run mid to low 13s..... and without a power adder.. a power adder would put a stock 273d a4 in the low 12s....
if you dont know what you are saying, dont give an opinion... go read up THEN try to help out..
