Any ideas would be appreciated except for Nitrous.

My car runs 11.85 to 11.90 and I would like to get it close to the 11.50 mark without going under and having to get a cage.

Its a cam only with full bolt ons. Cam is 230/228 612 588 110 -1 lsa. This is a 98 car so I have the crappy heads. I figure I need about 40 horse and I don't want to start pulling stuff and making it lighter. Can I get there with heads alone? Budget wise I don't want to spend a whole ton of money so steer me in the right direction.

A nice set of heads (AFR, Trickflow) should get you pretty close to your goal. I dont see an underdrive pulley or electric water pump in your sig. Those will give you a few ponies.

I think you've already hit it the problem on the "Head".
Texas Speed has good deals on heads. If I was looking I'd try them.

Yeah, I've done the P&p throttle body, larger maf, underdrive pulley, ls6 intake....

I run the Stage 2.5 243's. My car made 485rwhp with the MS4 camshaft, my car was a M6 at the time though. Call Jon@TSP and they'll get you all set up with the right heads for a great price.
