uggg...you are going to wish you went with a higher stall converter. i wouldnt put anything less than a 3200 in an fbody with a 3.23 gear. more stall with a bigger gear.

agreed. i know this title had this shop thrown to the wolves, but give them a chance. (no pun intended) lol.

not sure if you want to give this info out, but is Greg building these converters for you? actually, you probably dont want to give out that info and i understand why.

Lotta scratch to "give" someone a chance, lol
Nobody knows who's building them, they're pretty much unproven-the guys gonna have to get some out there running the #'s I would think before anyone spends the cash for them.

There's other things to consider as well, not just the quality of the converter, is it gonna be set up right for the buyers combination? Does the seller have the experience to know what type/size/stall/efficiency a customers combination needs in a converter?
Do you get a re-stall and is the 1st one free, what's a re-stall cost? Who will I be dealing with after the sale is made for the re-stall and will they be knowledgeable and customer service oriented?

Nobody is throwing them to the wolves, lol
He said they would put their converters up against "anybody"-people, me, are going to question the validity of that statement, I'm sure I'm not the only one here to have legitimate questions about this.

IMO, there's a HUGE difference between a company having a few converters out there on the street and a proven company like Neal Chance for instance.
Josh made the boast-and it may well be true-but IMO he's just got to get them out there and running #'s before I'm a believer.

tektrans - i completely agree with you. in fact, i said the shop threw themselves to the wolves with their OWN statement. for those of us that have had cheap converters and had good converters - we know the HUGE difference it can make on the drivability and performance of the car. i am immensely happy with my FTI converter.

As stated above these guys will have to get some product out there into the mainstream. If it's as good as they say things will take off for them and the purchases will come. Hey 4 years ago I had never heard of Circle D now I would not swap it for anything out there.

For those who understand marketing and how business works (as in the release of a new product) -thank you!

Any new product in any market has to be proven. The process takes time. People are always adverse to new things- especially when they are loyal to another brand/item/etc. We are ok with that! In time folks on here will praise our converter like they do other brands which have been in the game for some time now...

Thank you to everyone for their input and of course, the publicity.

Just thinking people want more info on the product and where its made and how you are going to help if sometimes fails, etc. these are things you have to have ready b4 coming on a site like ls1tech and boasting your product...otherwise people will just stick with what works already and loook the other way,its not like this is a new producct everyone is dying to get a hold of...

POST UP SOME VIDEOS
POST UP MORE PICS
POST UP CUSTOMER REVIEWS
POST UP AS MUCH DETAIL ON PRODUCT

when you come here with somethine new and say its just as good as the rest, trust me, and have nothing else to back it up, well, your not going to get much interest without the data. just my .02

I also agree with Gator. I had a 3,200vig in my blue car which was Ok. When I bought my SOM car it already had a 2,800 which felt close to stock. I now have a SS3,800 Yank in my SOM car its a great converter for street/strip.

98purpleT/A, I would still go with the Lashway, just don't sell yourself short on a converter. you have a lock up 4l60e, at freeway speeds and above you wont know the converter is even in it anyways so a larger converter is ok. we arn't asking you to daily drive a 4K stalled non-lockup th350 (but you should lol )
