That damn torx bit under the master cylinder is a bitch to get out! You didn't adjust the ride height at all yet? If you want to raise the car up adjust the shocks half the amount you want to raise the car. If you want to raise up 1" adjust the shocks .5" tighter. I miss that look on my car

Yea I unbolted the ABS block and then just completely moved the MC out of the way... it made it soo much easier as soon as I decided to do that..

I may adjsut the ride height I haven't decided yet.. my duals are hanging LOW now. I need a Spanner wrench first though.

BTW you bunged the crap out of the top of one of the comp's... I barely could get it to bolt down because the top was rounding.. I got it on for now though I may have to cut it off though lol

I only got to make 4-5 passes when they were on my car and at that point the track had gone to ****. When I ran them 1 click in from full loose they yanked the tires off the ground, hooked way too hard and bogged bad. But from what I read, most M6 guys run them full loose to 3 clicks in. On the street they felt great turned all the way, almost handled like I had a front sway bar on.

This is a complete noob question but which way is tight and which way is loose? I assume + is tighter and - is looser?

Looks like you got the shocks and stuff. The new stance looks killer. The + is tighter and - is looser.

Yup, mine saved me 3.7lbs. The stock one isn't heavy, this one is just lighter

Where'd you get it and what size is it? I'm starting back on my car this week and that's one of the little things (among many) that I still need to get.

This is the one I got.. I love how it fits perfect right there, and the line although hard to get on the radiator side, is the perfect length..

3.7 lbs for 19bucks plus shipping. you can't beat that. Probably one of the cheapest actual "wallet" weight reductions I have seen.

Not that much no.. I used a electronic food scale to weigh it which is good to the gram, the replacement tank only weighed .6lbs

Thanks btw, its coming along...

I got my QA1 rod ends and spacers today for my homemade PHB and LCA's.. just waiting on the tubing for the LCA's now, but have the PHB all together already. I think I'm gonna polish the aluminum too

PICS to come...

also something else i thought of, im sure it wouldnt do anything but getting ur rotors turned...takes some metal off and makes it so when u spin ur wheel and the cars jacked up the rotors dont rub the brake pads where they are warped....i think im gonna do this as one of the 20 dollar mods before track day in oct.
