Done with the car! Rain flooded the garage for a bit. Just need to clean it and wax it.

A bad day racing is better than the best day working. It was awesome either way. Next yr Ill bring a gun to a gun fight instead of a knife.

Hell no. Best I got was a 12.0 car doesnt like 28" tires. I had 0 testing and leaving at 5k was just not enough to get the tires moving. Plus the car was going through the traps at 6200 instead of close to 7k. Set up should work great on spray but on motor and 4.10s it just was way off NA. A 26" tire would have been way way better. Not to mention my driving was way off.

Mike, get the th350 in the car and leave the tires on. Just get ready for a health does of spray to complete with those Mod PA cars...our little 355's need everything they can get.

Im leaving them, sprayin the car with the M6 until I get a converter. Im already working on a new motor for next yr. I have a 4 bolt block and a 3.75 cola crank already just need some rods and pistons. Im thinking 388. Hope I can afford a better top end too but not so likely. Doubt Ill be close to the mod cars but the rest of the yr it should be fun.

BTW Congrats again on the Win!!!! Car looked great and ran strong!!!

Sound like you have the plan all worked out bro. I will suggest you get an A/F gauge in the car before you spray. With the jetting Dave gives out with his kit I've had to lean mine out a lot like I was telling you. Get a bunch of extra jets for both sides. With the 2 step it should run strong.

And Thanks!

Im to cheap to buy gauges. but I really really should start with a A/F, tach and shift light.
