Done multiple searches but cant find much. Never have liked the search function on here but anyways, looks good. Why the stock seat belt and does your head come close to the roof with or without a helmet on?

Stock seat belt is probably to retain legality when on the street. Most harnesses are not DOT approved and can net you a ticket if you cross paths with an officer that is looking for a reason to ticket you.

With the pro seat and the racecraft brackets are the seats leaned back to much or are they somewhat comfortable? The car gets driven on the street quite a bit. Also whats the width of those two seats for me to refrence. I know they come in different sizes but just trying to get an idea. Anybody have an opinion on whether the pro-drag or the drag economy is better? The economy is a little cheaper but wondering if fit or comfort is comprimised

get the pro if you want to sit in it for a while. if your only makin 8 second passes then the economy will do. The pro is verry comfy for a solid aluminum seat,

I like mine. Just take everything out of your pockets for DD. They hold you really nice, even cargo shorts kinds suck to wear for more then 4hrs in them.

You don't even need a bracket if you're more then 6 feet tall... I put mine right on the back 2 studs, then attached the back of the seat to the cage.... gave me some extra head room with the helmet on in the car, and saved the $ and trouble of the seat brackets

41700 is a good one to put in an f body, if you're a skinny guy, under 200 lbs, the 41500 is a better fit.

41500 pro seat mounted really low due to funnycar cage...since this is an SFI cage, the seat is mounted to the cage itself (both bottom and back)

I borrowed a friends jegs high back leather seat to see how it fit and hated it. It sit way to high, thats my biggest concern and the head room, Im only
6' but my head was almost to the roof without the helmet on.

Nothing retarded about losing weight and lookin good doing it.. you have my stamp of approval

I would already have these seats if they didn't require a roll bar...

I have the pro drag in 16 and 18, im using the 16 because it fits me and keeping the 18 for a passenger seat if I want it for the street, using racecraft brackets I ordered from Madman this week.
