Lots of fast cars, Seemed every car that went down the track was running low-mid 10s 127-136 mph. Saw a couple 9 second LS1s as well. Mostly Vettes but there was a Twin Turbo 6-Speed Camaro I saw go 139mph. WHERE were all the F-bodies?!?!

Was a good time and perfect weather. The track was sticking like crazy, lots of cars bogging out of the hole.

The cops down here are a bunch of rednecks. There is a two lane main highway on the way to the track from the hotels and the speed limit changes from 55 to 45 and to 35 for a bit and then back to 55. There was a cop sitting in that zone catching us all coming back from the track just cruising at 55-60 not realizing the zone changed to 35mph. 2 people got 440 dollar tickets last night and someone else had 160 or something. Rediculous!! So much for Southern Hospitality!

Man that really SUCK's... that $440.00 ticket is way out-a-line!

Sorry about the red-neck Barney- LEO... that just shouldn't happen!

Y'all came down and put on a really great event. The guys from New England were "cool" and shared info & let us look at their cars and answered all our questions. Congrats to Cartek, Vett Doctors, and all the other guys that made the trip!

Everyone at the track was Friendly and all seemed to have a good time! Hope to C'ya all again next year!

The track does hook like mad!! That is a great place to race and there is no excuse for the speed trap. The limits are posted. I have been down there several times and never had a problem. OH WELL....
