Default 9" Rearend Housing/Axles

I recent picked up a 9" center section w/ 35 spline locker. Now i have the fun duty of selecting a housing to put it in.

I only know of two companies that sell "affordable" housing/axle combos.

Moser

Quick Performance

Are there any others out there?

I looked at the strange site and they only list a 12 bolt and S60 for the f-body.

Currie, Strange, Quick Performance, Moser, or a junkyard with a 57-59 ford housing, 57-59 ford will have the weaker axle tubes but you can build your own brace out of some square tubing for little of nothing if you can weld. Dont waste your money on the Jegs 69.99 brace kit as it only fits 9" with the "Indented Hump" in the rear cover.

Moser and Strange both make affordable housings. Quick Performance housings are cheap but that's what you get when you buy one of their housings. I know that they have fixed a lot of the quality control issues that they had but I still wouldn't waste my time.

I've built a couple, bought quick and moser, installed strange and currie in friends cars and the only real difference I can really remember out of all of them is that strange's brackets looked way beefier.

I can get you the correct housing, axles, and torque arm for your rearend setup, and the best prices as well. MWC is direct with Strange, Moser, Yukon, and manufactures the ever-popular MWC fabricated 9 inch package that is the best value for your dollar in a true bolt-in 9 inch for the f-body cars.

Give me a call and I can get you setup with a deal you can't refuse!

Did you even read what was posted? They don't have the bolt-in 9" housing for late model f-bodies, only til 82'. They only listed a 12 bolt and S60 for the 4th gen on their site.

I'm not ******* retarded. I've stated i checked their site twice now. Post #3 & 10.

Is a Moser housing and 35 spline axle package with a BMR torque arm and wolfe drag bar in the for sale section.

https://ls1tech.com/forums/parts-cla...anti-roll.html

Looks like a pretty good deal to me.

I posted the link as a tool so u could see their packages-you could order any rear thru a chassis shop and they could make it work-I thought I was helping.
You may not be retarded but your ******* rude-when u do finally get that 9" u should shove it up your ***-I'm sure Strange has a 9" that will fit up there.

Just installed a quick performance rear in my car the other day. Went right in no problem. They have fixed all prior problems you read about in threads on here. It even comes with some sick lca brackets and fill plug at no extra cost. Let me know if you would like the contact info for the person I worked with over there...
