I have a 98 camaro - search - 98 twin turbo camaro 427 erl - and it is finally completed after four long years. I have one thing left to do: a belly pan for oil containment. If you have one on your car, please post a pic or two and if possible show where the tabs are located. Thanks a million.

OK, I like the diaper idea better cause I can still jack my car up form the k member in the front. However, you know how close the oil pan comes to the k mamber - will I be able to fit it between the two cause something tell me I will not. ????

a98WS6 - I will go with Madman and get the diaper from him. I will update you and put a few pics of it when it is in. I will get it ordered within the next two weeks so it won"t be long.
Madman: the only other issues are the turbo oil drain lines going to both sides of the oil pan in the front of the pan high up. That may be an issue. I have to call you and talk about it. Thanks brother. Michael

Mike Brown has a belly pan on his. Just make sure to drain it if it rains at the track.... There's a pic of a broadside launch at Bowling Green somewhere from the rain.
Glad to see you about have it ready to go. It looks awesome.

Thanks Carl. I will look for that pic of his launch. I put my car in my garage so it is easier to see it. If anyone has a pic of their belly pan, I would still love to see it.

I decided to make a belly pan. It is working out real well cause it is 31" wide and goes from tranny to front of damper, which is 32". It fits nicely up lose to the oil pan if you cuts hole for the oil filter and just build a drop own space for it only so the whole pan does not have to drop down low. It really worked out well. I made it out of cardboard and now just have to re make it out of aluminum.

No becausemine is made out of cardboard as of right now, but as soon as I cut it out of aluminum and mount it I will definitely put a bunch of pics. Should be either next weekend or the next.
