Default 4150 guys where do u mount ur IAT sensor

I was kinda wondering this also, I have a MAST with a 4500 so mine sticks about even with the bottom of the window. I was thinking maybe on the plastic cowl cover somewhere.

i always just left mine in the lid even when it wasnt piped to the tb. this year ill prob tie it up near the tb opening somewhere

Im buddy has a vic jr and he put it in the plastic by the window seems to work okay right there

I know I have a pic at home, but I believe I just made a bracket that came off the rear stud on the throttle body and brought it up around the windshield, never had an issue with it

Extend the harness and put it down near the headlight where it sees fresh air.

I was told it was, but then again I know someone that forgot to plug his up when he tuned his car and he runs high 8's and said hes had no problems... but Im gonna run mine anyways

We always tie it up right where the TB sucks in air, the back edge of the TB.

Alot of mixed opinions, but i was figuring on putting it in the fog light hole on my TA bumper so it can read a more accurate ambient temp and not read hot air from the motor
