Yeah for your type of build it seems like the way to go. Daily drivers prob not. But even the stock PCM I've read handles up to 18v. I upgraded the PCM and was reading it likes 16v better. Fuel pumps run better, water pumps etc. Bulbs don't last as long but are brighter so oh well lol. I just started looking into batteries and having my alternator converted over and I figured I'd see if you had done it already. Is the Racewire harness for the interior or what is it for? You have a PSI harness also don't you?

love the build! careful with those tranny cooler lines. Had mine higher than that, first time backing out of the garage broke the trans cooler in half! In for more updates

Newest update
I finally made my first good pass of a 5.9x with the F1C at around 17lbs but decided to go ahead and upgrade to the F1X. Gives me alot more room to grow.
I plan on spinning the X to only 20lbs of boost for now until I get a newer bigger LSX block. So I am hoping to stay around the 8 second range for now.

this small panel here, its hard to judge the size of this through the pic, would you think i could fit this in the stock slot over on the left side of the dash?[/QUOTE]
This one is about 3-4"s wide and maybe 3" high. I bet something could be made to make it fit
