BeaSSt goes 10.47 at HRP tonight
Waited a total of 3 hours for two runs tonight. We have been working on many suspension aspects of the car, and tonight it looks like we got a little closer to getting it dialed in.
1st pass
60' 1.431
1/8 6.658
mph 103.62
1/4 10.479
mph 128.35 ( both new bests )
( btw the car still weighed 3408 lbs )
On the second pass the track was getting wet and 3 or 4 cars had oiled the lanes and I was all over the place so I shut it down.
Still working on the suspension and a few other tricks. Still think the car can 60' better. Will try again on Sunday!

Congrats on a new best with only one pass hehe. That car will go faster with more track time and less weight. I got my car weight down to 3340/3160 w/o me with just the usual stuff, but if you could get your weight around where mine is your looking at some LOW 10s.

Congrats Stephen and Dave!!! Great ET/MPH!!!!
Did you change the Pinion Angle on the Torque Arm since I saw you all last in Late November/Early December?
I expect some low, low 10's/high 9's from this car as soon as this Spring!!!!

Congrats!
I know you guys have been tweaking that combo to get to that number, it's very impressive at 3400 raceweight!
Do you feel that the PeteZ bars help for an automatic car? I was talking to Judson about those.

Re: BeaSSt goes 10.47 at HRP tonight
Thanks alot for the comments guys. We really appreciate it <img src="gr_grin.gif" border="0"> John the bars definately help on the launch as the 60s indicate and as I said in other posts the car leaves straight and goes straight (as long as the track is there) as an arrow, no twist on the launch. I know the car will 1.3x 60' the next time out.

Tony, I would love to put up a banner ad. My website is'nt finished yet and I don't want to have a link to an incomplete site. Is it possible to have a banner up that just has my phone # on it for now?
