New best at US41 First run. Left off idle, no spin.
1.68 60ft.
7.905 1/8 ET
86.58 1/8 MPH
12.440 1/4 ET
108.74 1/4 MPH
Second run. Same technique, nothing but hook!
1.67 60ft.
7.862 1/8 ET
86.50 1/8 MPH
12.395 1/4 ET
108.67 1/4 MPH
Made about five more runs,trying different launch techniques,but couldn't get any more 60s in the 1.6s. Maybe the fact that it clouded up hurt.
Next mod:LT's and ditch swaybar.

Re: New best at US41 Thanks. There were only about 25 or so, just one other LS1 (SS M6 running mid 13s), some mustangs,and a little bit of rice.
Track hooked good, but conditions seemed to get worse. FWD rice may have been tracking water to the beams.

I was at 41 earlier in the morning. Only me and another import were there. Pretty much had the track to myself.
The track was hooking alright for me and the weather was great. Cool air with a slight tail wind.
I was able to hit a 14.0 in my V6 and actually pulled a tire off the ground. <img src="gr_stretch.gif" border="0"> All motor too.
I probably saw you on my way home.. I have a black 97 firebird.
