Decided to sell the belt driven 6gpm aeromotive and just be done with it.
Robert from AEI is making me a motor plate with mounting for the cable drive setup. So picked up a 10.5 gpm Magna.

Kenny, have you fitted the dash back in since doing the 25.5 ? Curious about the notches for the front door bars.

Right on. You will be so much happier you went to the cable instead. Have been working on one for a member recently, we used the waterman pump mount instead of bobs and made a T shaped bracket that mounted to the factory tailpipe hanger mount. (Pump mounted on driver side)

I have not. I need to get on it. Maybe today or after work this week I can find the time to do it. The shop was real busy lately for some reason.

Finally made some free time to mount the headlights and some small stuff up front.
Painted the cage.
Took everything out so I can sand, fill, and paint the bay.

Sending my motorplate to Robert from AEI to make a custom plate to hold the cable drive. That should look nice.

Strange axles are badass!! 16 pounds lighter than the mosers with only being 3" narrower. I wish I had the same length to be a direct measure. But damn do they feel worlds lighter for only being 3" shorter.
40 spline, gun drilled, and lightened flange.

Finally finished the front all of the way. Wrinkle grey painted it. Then Nighthawk Black Pearl and clear. It actually looks pretty cool in person.

You sir have one bad *** car. The fact that you built this whole thing by yourself is absolutely incredible. Your skills and your atention to detail with the motivation to overcome any obstacle makes you just as bad *** as your car. My hat is off to you. It's sucks when things go wrong but I think how you have handled everything that has been thrown at you has made you the man you are. I will bet your parents are very proud of you. Best of Luck for the 19 season. Hope everything works out great for you because you definitely deserve it.

Wow, Thanks for the kind words man. It means a lot!

I grew up poor! I have had to make things happen my whole life. Ive never been one to give up! I am definitely happy with how it is coming out this year.

When I look at it it just makes me see how much Ive learned and taught myself the past 2-3 years alone. I look at the new setup and think damn, the old one was crap compared to this and it wasnt all that bad! haha. It wasnt going to win any welding competitions but it definitely did the job.

Once again. I appreciate it man. With a world so full of negativity and hate its nice that there are people out there that can appreciate someone elses efforts.
