Default Any ET/MPH guesses fo LS1 RX7

Well I am heading to the track this friday for my first real shakedown passes with the new setup. Here is the setup what do you think I will/can run both ET and MPH.

1993 RX7 with an LS1

Car weight with driver 2850 lbs
4.10 rear
200-4r transmission with transbrake
SS3800E converter
NXL DP kit jetted for 120shot
ET Streets
Stock motor except 3" mandrel custom exhaust and a cold air intake
Rev limiter raised to 6700 shifting at 6500rpm

Assuming track conditions and weather are good.

I am hoping for high 11's off the bottle and low 11's on the spray, what do you think.

I'll guess about a 126-127 mph trap speed. Good luck.

I would guess 11's on motor and 10s on spray. Are you running stock springs or upgraded springs/PRs? I would be wary of 6700rpm with the stock hardware in there.

I have all stock internals. Like I said shifting at 6500 but the limiter will be at 6700 just in case. I will probably shift at 6300 just to be safe but we will see.

I will be doing backflips if I crack off a 10!!

He is a friend of mine from Flordia but that was in a 6 speed car and a different setup. I would post pics but I have no way to host them.

I will hopefully have a video of the passes on friday so I will post up.

Mid 11's NA and high 10's on the gun if you have raced before and now how to tweak your launch technique. IMO you are bigtime overgeared for spray + 26" et streets.

12.10's on motor
11.30's on spray

There is my guess.

Peace,
Josh

I agree I am way over geared unfortunately there is VERY little gear selection for RX7's (Only 3.90, 4.1, 4.3 and 4.56) but I am in the process of getting a rear subframe that can support a ford 9" which opens up my gearing options.

I will also have a friend there with a set of 28" tires too so I can always try those.
