My Goal: Run 10s with stock internals. I have seen many cars run in the 11s with bolt-ons, weight reduction, and stock internals What I would like to do is get in the 10s with bolt-ons and a TNT kit, 150 shot most likely. My car is a M6 so a 12-bolt with 4.10s will be a necessity.I know that an a4 would be better suited for this task, but Id like to do it with the a stick car. I think that this setup would put me real close to the high 10s. Anyone know of anyone else who has done this? Any thoughts?

Re: My Goal: Run 10s with stock internals. 10s should be no problem with full boltons, weight reduction and a 150 shot. That 150 shot, if tuned correctly, will add more hp than any heads and cam kit available.

Re: My Goal: Run 10s with stock internals. I have been looking at a few bolt on cars that are in the mid to high 11s with bolt ons. Ill have to drop about 150lbs to make up for the 100+lbs of cage ill have to install. From what I have seen with other cars it seems possiable. If anyone knows anyone else with a similiar setup any info would be greatly appreciated.

Re: My Goal: Run 10s with stock internals. 10's are way easy with bolt ons and a 150 shot. If I had a trans that could hold it(Formula) I think I could easily run 10.40's. My SS has run 11.55 with a 100 shot and stock 3.42 gears. I've also never launched it above 3k for fear of breaking the stock rear axle. I think with 3.73's and a 150 shot with a decent launch, it would hit 10's most likely. Low weight and good 60 ft are the keys. Good luck, its alot of fun.

Re: My Goal: Run 10s with stock internals. I thought this post was about running 10's with SI N/A not with N20...you shouldn't have any problem doing that. Some of the Dallas guys (V6 Bird, Lane, JS12) are in the low 11's N/A and are trying to bring the record to Dallas. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
