I don't know how to describe what tweed is compared to velour other than it is more carpet like???? I have the tweed covers on my Kirkey's. I think it is more heavy duty than the velour.

I think the tweed looks nicer, it's more knitted looking and the velour looks like velour.

I'd go with the tweed. The velour is too cheesy looking for a race car. Its something youd expect to see in a pimp Cadillac. The only other option you have is the vinly which is basically a sythetic leather. I went with the tweed and Im more than happy with it. I think the covers are only like 20 bucks and if youre needing them before Friday, Id say just buy them new from Jegs or Summit instead of trying to stumble upon one.

Whoops. I was thinking wrong. I thought the seat was $180 and the cover was $20, but actually the seat is $120 and the cover is $80. You might get lucky and find somone whos selling one, but I doubt it. If someone decided to go a different route and not sue the seat, decided they didnt like the material, etc., then you might pick one up. Either way, I'd go tweed. If you dont find one by Monday night, Id purchase it first thing the next morning. I would just go ahead and order it Monday and stay on the safe side if you want it by Friday. Hell...you dont need a cover to race.
