anyone do back to back track testing on light weight k-member and a-arms?

anyone do back to back track testing on light weight k-member and a-arms? i would like to know if the performance gains in the 1/4mi are worth it? i don't care about the extra room under the car,only performance gains. thanks,

Thats a pretty involved mod to be doing a true back to back run. Maybe next day, but i doubt many people would think of attempting to change a k-member at the track.

you know what i mean speedy ws6. two years ago when my car was running 11.7's when i got home i removed the air conditioner,front sway and a.i.r system. two weeks later when i went back to the track 5-deg hotter my car now ran 11.5's all day. so......in the same(ish) weather how much gain?

Mike, I might be able to post up some results next w/e. Of course in HI its always like weather etc... But I am trying to get my K Member and A arms in later today. Then I will weigh.

CAT3-if you do head back to the track could you pm me w/results? i was told by BMR-i would not gain much at all because i'm almost 10's motor. but...with 40-50(ish)lbs off the front,how could you not gain 1 or 2 tenths no matter if you car runs 13's or 10's.

I am thinking about doing this as one of my winter mods, id just like to see what kinda difference it would make to. Im sure there are gains, but thats a pretty pricey mod.

both nhraformula00 and i both got k-members and will be putting them on in december, pm me and i will let you know of the results, i am guessing only 1 tenth at most. No a-arms yet
