We did not race on that TV show Pinks

I don't watch THAT SHOW anymore anyway after the Rockingham race. I drove down there and froze my *** off that day just to hear them faggards say that all my friends cars are too fast to compete in the final. What the F? Some of these people I know drove down to the Rock and drove back home later in the same car that was too fast. The ******** even ask one guy I know would he run for the crowd after they cut him out. Crowds still waiting I guess and I don't blame him one bit.

I'd say the sponsors still got their time/money's worth, just not as much if they got on tv. It seems to me that it would make no sense to risk that beast of a z to win a last minute switcheroo worn out old heap. Of course I'm only up to page 4 of this thread, so not sure what has happened since then...I hope the original race can happen eventually if it hasn't already.

Had our original opponent not dropped out the week before one of us would have two cars by the end of the race day... I know our car was super consistent and still is, so who knows what would have happened.

Would I still race the car on Pinks for titles? Not this car, I'd consider doing something rougher given how rough the cars are in person, you should have seen the wiring and other stuff on other cars filmed for the show.

I would have run it winner takes both cars had it all worked out but the whole deal got dicked up for a few reasons and now I would not race on that show again unless some things got dealt with.

By the way, you can tune in on Feb 27th at 9pm and you can do a 1-Mississippi... 2-Mississippi... bench race.

Hmmm I actually paid for the wiring out of my pocket (and the car has never had a wrench turned on it since it was built back in the summer, hats off to Speed Inc.).
