Thoes of you with 6pt cages on your DD come in
How is it getting in and out of every morning. Is it a pain, or does it even bother you. Hows the arm and leg room. All comments appreciated

Ditto on the removeable side bars! They are an absolute must in my opinion on a daily driver. I remove mine for the street and install them when I go racing. My only complaint is that the cage did reduce some of the visability out of the rear-view mirror, but it you will get used to it.

I have the Wolfe 6point in my car WITHOUT the removable bars. Its my daily driver, and it doesn't bother me one bit. I also use my Cobeau Forza and Simpson 5-point for daily driving too.

I dont have swingouts and if the car didnt have tilt I would bee even more p'd off everytime I get in/out of the car. Ive hit my **** countless times on that side bar. Definately get a swingout or removable bar.

I actually like having a 6-point in a daily driver. But to echo a few posts above:
1) A swing-out bar on the driver side is a must. If you plan on getting siwng-outs for both driver's and passenger's sides, be aware that it might not be NHRA legal.
2) You will reduce your visibility some through your rear-view mirror. I have actually found that to be the only *real* annoying thing about having a cage in the car.

NHRA allows swing-outs per the 2003 rule book, some tech guys frown upon them but they are legal. I'd check with your local track or bring a current rulebook to avoid headaches.

I highly reccommend swing outs. I have huge bruises on my *** from bouncing off that bar. One slip and your tail bone pays for it. My wife refuses to even get in the car due to climbing over the bar. She has deemed my car the cursed money pit.
