Try the new 275 mickey.
Think it might be better than the old 315's.

The only thing I am worried about is it being a 28" tire. Not sure if I would need to change the rear gear.

Made some progress today, did not make a awesome A-B hit but I got a ton of data and got the VE table dialed in. I'll post some videos shortly.
1st hit it went 1.26 followed by a 1.23 60'. It still is spinning at the 60' marker but I think we're not hitting it hard enough at the start.

The new 315/60R15 M/T Pro Radial should be coming out next year.

Good God, that thing is making some serious power. You are getting there. One section of the track at a time. I am sure it feels good to finally get it on the track instead of working on it all the time.

Its getting there, the small wastegates make it tough to control the power down low.

The 2nd hit the logs showed it cut .35 off of the 100-160mph time from my best 100-160 spread. I'm thinking at the current boost level it should pickup about 12-13mph(176-177mph to the 1/8).

60's were 1.26 and 1.23

The accel G's says I need to change the boost curve/how it gets out the hole.

It was fun just getting out and not dealing with small issues. Its in one piece and begging to be beat on.

You can see in the video on both passes that when it ramps the boost in the tires don't like it. What size gates are you running?

Tial 44's going to Twin 60s. I picked up the 60s about 3 months ago and never got around to putting them on. The new suspension setup wants to be hit hard and fast where the old one wanted to be slow and soft. Just need to change my thinking on power management. Add more up front, a little less on the backside and we should be good to go. I'd have to look at the log but it was up 3psi of boost at the same point when it spun.
Old motor was 4050 and 6.5
This motor is 3750 and 5.5

Same AMS ramp but it will make what the ams commands.

Phil, I see that there is two lines of data. The lighter teal blue line is the accelerometer, correct? And if so, what is the darker green line that closely follows it?

2 different runs, 2 different launch settings, same boost ramp rate.

Gotcha. And are you able to lay your boost data log over the top of that so you can adjust it for power management or is that totally something separate?

Started pulling the car down for a few small upgrades over the winter. Doing very little so hopefully I can get out early. Some of the changes going on....

Swapping out the 44mm gates to 60mm for better boost control
Swapping the single adjustable strange front struts out for double adjustables
Pulled the factory pedals and got some new pedals from Quartermax
Relocating the master cylinder under the dash for easier plug access
Mike Moran is adding a cam sensor to my mag drive
Sebastian from NLR is sending down some new stuff

I'm 100% happy with how the motor and tranny performed, just need to make a few small changes and we should be good to go. The pedal/master and wastegates are almost done. Motor is going to Shawn for a once over and a few mods to make assembly easier.

Also going to try and get a few parts powdercoated and anodized if time allows.
