Dunno, gas tank straps are bolted to it so I didn't feel like messing with it. It would probably be another solid 10 pounds.

It was 10 pounds for the spare tire well, on the passenger side. I did not cut anything else out.

I would like to no how much I will lose going from t tops to Carbon fiber hard top. An if the carbon sail panel is wroth it also

I would think you would lose around 20-30lbs total, but for the price would it be worth it? I was also thinking about the speed glass for the front windshield and rear hatch. It all adds up, that's for sure.

I think 6LE quoted me about 20lb savings for the carbon panel over stock ttops.

By the list on page 1, It shows I should have loss 402lbs. Thats great! Not sure if I believe though. I need to get the car on a scale, sounds too good to be true

1999 Formula rear hatch complete with glass and spoiler and all trim weighed 81LBs on my scale last night. Composite hatch with Speedglass and composite wing weighed 32lbs for a 49b reduction.

Also weighed a stock TA rear hatch at 96 lbs. That bolt on spoiler is heavy.

It will bolt to the hinges and open, but I consider it an extreme mod. IMHO , add SpeedGlass Optic Armor to a stock hatch and call it a day.
