28" Hoosiers on 15x8.5 convo's with 26" Hoosiers up front. The extra rake in the car is caused by braking at the end of the strip.
Here's what 26" tires front and rear on the same convo's look like.
Here's a couple more:
NMCA 1
NMCA 2
I have more pictures that I took at home. I haven't posted them yet.

15 x 4 on the front, 2-5/16 backspacing. 15 x 8.5 on a 5" backspacing in the rear. If you really want to tuck the tires in go with the 15 x 7-1/2 on a 5" backspacing. You can squeeze a 11.5 wide tire on them, squeeze being the key word. The 7-1/2's look a little better on the car. With the F-body's goofy wheel spacing there are not going to be a lot of options. The Convo's are a direct bolt on. No grinding of calipers, no removal of the bump stops or hammering of stuff to make them fit. No spacers, etc.
I've opted to get rid of these (yes I like them very much, but decided on something else) and go with the Weld Aluma*Star 2.0's. However, you cannot run stock brakes with the Aluma*Stars as the inner dish would require you to grind your calipers down to a feather. Here's a sneak peak of the first fitment of the Aluma*Stars. I'll post new pics this weekend after I get them all fitted and make some mini tubs with a sledge hammer. These are going to be 15x10 on 7" BS, courtesy of Billingsley Racing.

I'm holding onto the Convo's for someone who wants to buy them at the moment. I'll let you know if that changes.
Jim, what wheel are you using in the rear? The older one piece as well?

I'm using a 15"x12" Aluma Star 2.0 with the MT ET Street 15 x 16.5 x 31. If I remeber the BS was 4". These look great mounted on the car with chromoly sheetmetal rearend and Strange brakes.

If your interested in Bogarts ...take a look on my site to see a variety of styles.

If your only choice is convo-pro or drag stars, I would choose the drag stars as the B/S is nicer(for 10 inch rim) for our applications over the convo's. The welds are lighter then convo's also.

As far the Welds being lighter, how much? Are we talking ounces or pounds?

Here's a pic of mine with 15x3.5 and 15x8.5 Convo Pro's. Generic 165/15's up front, and 275/50/15 BFG DR's out back.

Re: Please post pics of your drag wheels!!!!!
I really thought seeing a few pics would make it easier but it seems to make it harder. I was stuck on the draglites until I saw how well the Convo Pros look. Now I am really confused as which ones to buy.
