you can run a 28x9x15 et drag, that is 27.3 tall and won't rub. A 27x11.5x15 hoosier qtp won't rub, and those work o.k., or a 275x60x15 drag radial, that's 28 tall and will not rub because they don't grow.
The radials, may work for you but may not depending on the suspension setup, the 28x9 et drag is a little skinny but still work fairly well, better then the 26x10 et drag IMO, the 27x11.5 hoosier qtp is like an et street, they work good for anything in the high 10's or slower IMO.

[QUOTE=Pro Stock John;8976465]28x10.5S ET Drags, same rim as you:
He there psj did you have to cut the fenders and do you have pics of that? i want a 28 because my car is inconsitent on the nitrous, it will hook but need real good prep. Ive gone 6.91@ 102 in the 1/8 and am hoping for 6.6x lwith a little more n20. The cars weighs 3655 with me in it. Do you have adj.lcas? thanks guys, i really dont know what tire to run. I want to be as consistent as i am on the motor, it runs 7.5x all day@ 91-92mph.

more tire you can put under it the more consistant it will be. But, too much will slow it down.
with adjustable lca'a and lhb you can get a 28x10.5 on the car, which should be plenty of tire for the speeds that you are running. A 28x10.5S would be the one to go with at your raceweight.

I dont understand why you need 28`s at that power level(unless its for gearing purpose)
my car has never even thought about spinning infact I will have to experiment with adding more air so It doesnt dead hook so much maybe start at 15psi or so I guess.
I think I can get the 60ft down from 1.47 to 1.42 or so I hope
