Basically, you car is faster than mine, and since i didn't have the NUTS to build a faster car I am going to label my car a street car, so that i have an excuse for watching your taillights all the way down track.
Ok, actually being serious for a second. Few things I look for in a car that is in STREET DRESS (notice that a car has potential to be a race car or street car depending on setup).
1) pump gas
2) drag radials
3) Not gutted (minimal weight reducing modifications, has seats, bumper supports, !AC is ok)
4) Transmission: if they are running a linco or a TH400 on a trans break, then it is questionable
5) Absence of race gear (wheelie bars, parachutes ext.)
Note. I don't think that tubed cars, or cars with cages disqualify a car from being a street car.

Being able to comfortably drive the car long distance w/o causing undue wear on the motor/trievtrain [ie TH400 with the motor at 4000rpm on the highway is undue wear ]
I honestly think my car is a street car, sure I put slicks and skinnies on the car and take out the passenger seat, but I drive to and from the track, I drive it around all the time with my GF, to the shore, even drove my car from NJ to NC to visit friends a few summers back.
Its hard to put your finger on it, and different people will have different criteria, but thats just my opinion.

I have a buddy who has a notchback mustang with a BBC and turbo on it. 325/50/15 drag radial, insurance, plates, and exhaust all the way back. He goes consistent 7.90s in the 1/4 mile and drives it back home 40 miles. Then, I have seen trailered cars with blowers, two stages of nitrous, wheelie bars, 10 point cages, etc that barely get out of the 12s. We use "street" and "race" car terms lightly here in Chitown.

Legal definition and personal definition are two very different things. Legally, alot of cars here wouldn't qualify as street cars (removed smog equipment, no cats, etc). Personally, as long as you drive it on the street its a street car. The breaking point between race car and street car is when the car becomes a hassle to drive on the street and is not enjoyable. If its nut fun to drive on the street, its a race car.

I am old!!! I had a Chevy 2 with a 4.10 gear and a powerglide, it came from the factory that way! I pulled the 194ci 6 cylinder out with 130k on it still running good.
I did drive a 72 Nova on dragweek and two power tour's with a 6000 stall, powerglide and 4.30 axle. It got 12 miles to the gallon and the air quit working on every trip, but it was fun to drive and creates great memory's.
