![Question](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/icons/icon5.gif)
needing a aftermarket tach in my SS when the rpms get above 5,000 the tach needle hangs up so i figured id just put a new tach in it and be done with it instead of going to the stealership and all that.
i really want it on my dash but dont want to drill holes in it.
is there anyway to mount it without drilling holes in my dash?

I know you didn't want holes in your dash, and it makes it visible to theives ( I KNOW - the one far below is my 2nd one)

put in your driverside pillar by the windshield. small and short screws will work, but be sure to let it rest on the dash for added support and max visibility. be sure to add a small piece of velcro on the dash to help from scratching your dash. i originally had mine mounted there and i was cutting 1.4x 60ft times and it never moved. mine is now mounted in my cage.
