thats what im hoping to do saturday if it dont freekin rain in this great climate we live in. not looking good so far. maby friday night? im definatly ready to break that 11 sec mark. im coming in for that 230/236 soon. if i break 10's ill be done for a while. we will get together one upcoming weekend and see what the outcome will be. i know i got you for the first few feet with my tires and cluch and gears, but it al depends on how good that ls6 cam pulls once you are rolling. you definatly be pulling on me the whole way though. should be fun.

I have a similar set up. About a year ago i did a LS6 swap on my 02 SS. 243 heads with the sodium valves and stock LS6 springs. Before the swap i dyno'ed 337hp / 357tq and after the swap i dyno'ed 393hp / 384tq. That was without a ported TB. I now have a ported TB and am waiting to dyno it next weekend and see where that puts me in hopes of being above 400RWHP on the set up.

Good numbers considering the stock 241 heads bro

your post makes me think that i did the right thing.... but now i want more and am thinking of a f13 cam and see what i can pull out of her.

My car made 410rwhp with stock ls6 heads and ls6 cam on an 02 ss 6spd, stock catback... ls6 stuff works, it's almost like GM had some R & D into the setup.

Mine was 395tq, that's some good stuff.. i love this setup. Keeps my car nice and stock but with big cam power. I've always wondered what a good set of ported ls6 castings milled .020 would do for it.. 420-430whp/410-420wtq?

I think it was about 6100, power falls off at 6500+, that's where I shift, I don't like to beat the ding dong into my car. No graph unfortunately, it was on a dynojet, that happens to read 30-50whp lower than a local mustang dyno, but it did 11.9 @ 118 with the stock gear, I've since put a 3.73 in it.

well i hope mine will run as good as yours does. mine will have LTs/3" y pipe, 3" catback with a cutout, ls6 intake with P&P TB, u/d pulley, lid, tune, an of course an ls6 cam.

all that in a car that weights around 3300 lbs
