I think it boils down to how efficient and well within tolerance your stock pump is from the factory...how much drag it causes...
maybe I got a few hp/tq from it but my guess is most was from the headers and merge
most likely getting a fast 102 this year so we will have fairly back to back results vs a 92...with a new custom 4" lid I made

yes I did...to be honest I don't I gained hardly anything from it...I think mine was like patrick G that gained 0 on back to back dyno...
I think it boils down to how efficient and well within tolerance your stock pump is from the factory...how much drag it causes...
maybe I got a few hp/tq from it but my guess is most was from the headers and merge
most likely getting a fast 102 this year so we will have fairly back to back results vs a 92...with a new custom 4" lid I made

I have a 98mm now and when I flowed it at work it is equivalent to a 84mm perfect orifice plate...
take your off and look down the snout of the lid and you will see that 1/4 or so of the opening in blocked due to the way it has to be designed to fit under the hood and airfilter lid base assembly
this is something I will be testing when the weather clears up some

yeah the 104mm and 98mm have the same inlet size (when I measured the 102 is was actually a hair smaller couple hundreths going off memory) the snout is the only thing bigger to allow a 102 maf to fit...
I have a 98mm now and when I flowed it at work it is equivalent to a 84mm perfect orifice plate...
