Default SPEED Inc tuned, H/C/I, A4, 346, 495rwhp 426rwtq!!!

As some of you have been following i got my car dynoed today at SPEED INC. Changes to my car were:

1 7/8 ARH from 1 3/4 QTP

mandrel bent Y with 3"-4" flowmaster merge from bent over the knee Y with less than ideal merge

EWP

Here is the other build information in this thread

https://ls1tech.com/forums/dynamomet...dit-video.html

i went from this

to this

We could have used elbows with a bigger centerline radius to help with flow some more but i want to be able to remove the trans/crossmember without removing the exhaust...

The money Shot!!! Damn only 5 HP off...So close...maybe with 40psi in the tires, air filter removed, and pulling the belt...

Peak gains were right around 10rwhp and 15rwtq (best numbers before were 485rwhp and 411rwtq)...graph posted is an over lay of my best looking graph before with rpm shown...the 485rwhp one had an rpm pickup problem...

I was even more impressed with what i picked up down low...In some places i was up 30rwhp at 4.6K, and up 40rwtq at 3.3K-5K...

The tq curve got so much flatter it is amazing, even looks to have shifted my peak down in the RPM band...

Thank again to LARRY & everyone at SPEED INC, the Y pipe looks great, and JIM did a killer job on my tune as always...Enjoy guys...

Those are great gains IMOP! The average from 6k-6.5k looks to be up from 17-18 hp,then tapers off to around 14-15.Thats GOOD. The amount of TQ at 4K is GREAT!!!!60 fts are going to go down for sure.
I think were gonna have to play with your front shocks to limit travel so that it does not take out anything on the front end.

Great gains and nice looking curve! Can't wait to redyno mine now that I've swapped from a catted 3" Y to 3" duals on my 402.

that's what she said...yeah me too, goes to show a well designed/flowing exhaust is just as important as a 1k fast intake on the inlet side...

makes me wonder how I would have ran SI, or CAM ONLY since this same exhaust has been on since the start...

yeah maybe a 102 fast will get me there but I am done for this year, plus I have so much time into porting/epoxying my current 92 I can't give it up so easy haha

hard to tell since even before with the power I was making and even the drag radials it is hard to hook on the street from anything below 40mph...

if the weather hold out we will see what it gains at the track on Sunday

Great numbers!!! I'm hoping to see somewhere between 475-485 whp once I change dfrom my LS6 intake to a Fast 102 set-up. Might not happen with my set-up but I can dream!
