464 rwhp with a 224 cam and tsp 5.3 heads (Track update)

Default 464 rwhp with a 224 cam and tsp 5.3 heads (Track update)

Went and got my car tuned last Friday and she put down 464 rwhp and 422 rwtq. Mods are mamo ported fast 102 with a ported ls2 throttle body, tsp stage 2.5 5.3 heads milled to 62 cc, 224/230 111+1 cam, arh 1-7/8 headers with catless x-pipe and corsa extreme cat back.

I agree. Those are very good numbers. What transmission are you using? Was this on 91 octane gasoline?

It's an MN12 six speed from a C5 Z06 and yes it was 91 pump gas.

Impressive numbers for a small cam and inexpensive heads. That ported FAST helps though.

Very good solid numbers. ^ there is the Ported Fast 102 showing it's advantages again

Yeah I don't know how people can claim they lost power with a fast 102. There is no way my combo would even touch 450 with an LS6 intake.

DAMN RIGHT and ditto that!

Excellent numbers and efficient combo with inexpensive heads.

I get my car back Monday with a ported FAST 102

WOW! great numbers! would a ported 92mm reduce the results alot compared to 102mm not trying to hijack thread sorry.

If I recall correctly I believe Tony Mamo has stated that a ported 102 is worth no less then 5 hp and no more than 10 hp over a ported 92.

Wow.
WOW.

Is it safe to say those heads are beating out 243s and 799s.? Would u be making less if running those instead? I keep seeing awesome figures with them but yet their flow numbers posted seems to show less airflow than bigger heads. Must be the old jedi air velocity trick. Who's cam?
