Based on the dyno sheet the A/F seems lean?
What intake are your running?
What is the exhaust set-up after the headers?

Running the LS6 intake with stock ported TB. I'm sure that is holding the set up back a pretty good deal. It's just kind of hard to justify spending $1,500 for a ported FAST 102 set up for 30ish HP and even less TQ. Maybe money would be well spent on a 150 plate kit.

Do the fast 102 set up....dont get a fast 102 tb tho that has been a huge pain in my tuners *** go with the nw tb and dont look back my car made 482rwhp and 424tq thru a 4000 stall on a mustang dyno stock ls1 motor and 1 3/4 headers with the ported fast 102 setup

I agree a better intake and you should see those numbers go up. Maybe look for a used 90/90 setup. You may luck up and see someone selling one at a good price. probably 7-10hp less than the 102intake will get you...but much better than the LS6 Intake.

Not a big believer in dyno numbers. Lets see what it traps and go from there

Same here, as long as it feels strong to you and is fun to drive that's all that matters OP

my opinion is that the ported fast 102 will make more than 30rwhp on your size engine and mods.

That seems like it would make a great fun daily driver. What were your goals for this build?

^ this.

On a big cube motor going from an LS6 and STOCK size LS1 tb to a ported 102/102 will give big number returns with those heads and that cam.

Someone suggested finding a 90/90 cheap- why go through swapping intakes if not to get the biggest return? Weird.

And those that said "not a big believer in dyno numbers blah blah" then don't post in the DYNAMOMETER section lol

MAMOFIED Ported FAST 102 + NW 102 TB worth AT LEAST 30/30! on your combo maybe 35+ @ Peak vs current combo and huge area under the curve starting at 2500 RPM with 20+ lb ft.

For the LS6 top end your right where expected. You could find a decent used Fast 90/90 combo for cheap if you look hard enough. That setup would net you 25-30rwhp. OR, like also mentioned, spend the doe on a ported 102/tb combo and POETENTIALLY see 35+. Not guaranteed, but if its in the cards, mamo would be the man do it for max effort.

Difference between FAST 92/NW92 vs FAST 102/NW102 (unported)
On 4" Stroke + Ported/Aftermarket Heads + Med/Big Cam at least
10-12 HP maybe 15.

Don't think unported FAST 90/90 worth 25-30, 15-20 more likely.

This is true. UNPORTED would not. 25-30 would be a great port job. Thank you for correcting me.

A friend of mine recently finished his 408 build and it made 501/490 with a 102/102 setup, AFR heads, 4L80E, and a S60.
