4.0007" bore with a 4" piston would cause a ******* **** ton on piston slap and only the way a hack would put an engine together or a poor man.

Jimbob, I didn't have to develop any film in a darkroom. They have these new fangled digital cameras and such. You can take pictures and post them within a couple of minutes. Crazy, I know.

Gen 4 LY6 block (LQ9 block bored and honed .020")
10.9 ls2 Pistons (new OEM .020" pistons)
ls2 rods w/ ARP rod bolts (SAME)
216/220 .560/.560 114 LSA Trick Flow cam (229/234 .600/.600 114+2 LSA Custom cam)
AI 232 heads with Comp 921 dual springs and ARP head studs (AI 232 243s 11.5CR dual springs titanium retainers ARP head studs)
All GM gaskets (SAME)
Ls9 head gaskets (OEM Gaskets)
Powerbond UD pulley with ARP bolt (25% UDP)
Kooks headers with ORY and 4" dump (Kooks 1 7/8" headers)
3" Corsa exhaust w/ dual tips (Dual 3" highflow cat exhaust with xpipe)
Ported TBSS intake manifold (Mamo ported FAST 102 intake manifold)
65# injectors (42# injectors)
90mm ported ls2 TB (FAST 92mm TB)
Melling 10295 oil pump (OEM)
Cloyes Hex a Just timing chain(single row) w/ timing chain brace (Dual timing chain)
I also have a one piece alum driveshaft, stock rockers with truniun upgrade, hardened pushrods, 22lb aluminum flywheel, custom dual 3" intake system and return style fuel system
My car put down 464whp & 427ft-lbs (SAE) on a dynojet
Its an LS swapped Nissan 300zx
Hope this gives you an idea.

Uhh, subscribing to the OP...
I think you'll be lucky to get much past 400rwhp because of the auto and the AWD. Interesting combo though. Is the cam on Phil's "high mileage" lobes?
