I believe the general rule of thumb is .1" smaller of pulley diameter=1 psi. I'd personally go with whatever the next size down is that has a standard belt size based on length. I was in between 2 belts and it was a PITA finding something.

With your combination I'd go with a 4.25 8 rib pulley. With the ProCharger 8 rib J Bracket and the standard 8 rib 7.65 crank pulley, you would need a 40.8" long belt. Bob

I was thinking either the 4.25 or 4.13. Any reason you wouldnt recommend the 4.13?

For 7 to 8 psi with your engine combination the 4.25 pulley should do it, but the 4.13 could end up being what is needed as there are so many factors that go into what an engine ends up making boost wise. Bob
