Highest HP From 243 Heads?
Most optimized combos go make around 1.5 or so horsepower per cube on pump gas and a hydraulic roller. Most of these builds go spin under 7200 rpm or so and go be under 11.7 compression.
Take the most known LS stroker motor of all time which is the 408ci setup. Most/Alot go make 600 horsepower no matter the head, cam and intake.
Things start changing with high compression, race gas or E85, solid rollers cams and spinning the motor to the sky not to metioned the gains a good oil control on engine can make a difference. The little things makes a big difference in the end.
Just a note it’s a 347 not a 346.
He is by no means an expert on the subject.
Here you go Doug. Since we know this car was 2950 with driver. So yeah 600 is pretty accurate for that car.
Your ET / MPH is 9.90 seconds and MPH of 136.44 MPH
computed from your vehicle weight of 2950 pounds and HP of 600 .
The car was going 136 @ 2950. It was making the same power as your car with a pretty basic engine combo.

Facts no care about 4vispoo feels. As a matter of fact they kick his feels right in the nutz

I'll probably run it next year sometime. There's been some little nagging things I've been wanting to fix and adjust on the car. So there's been no reason for me to want to take to the track and possibly break something and have to fix that before I get the other stuff how I want. It runs really good tho. It pulls like it's angry.
