how much HP with a 224 cam?

With my mods(listed below) what kind of gains can i expect from a TR 224/224 .563/.563 112 LSA cam?

375-380. You need to get a pulley and ported tb and then you'll be around 385-390.

depends on the tune but with a manual i cant imagine much with a closed loop tune.

Well on my trip to have my car tuned at Rapid I pulled 27.8 MPG untuned! That is with the new heads also. I pulled 399rwhp @ 386rwtq SAE with my TR224 on stock 241 heads. Mods included Lid, Ported TB, LS6 85mm MAF, ASP Pulley, TR224, Yella Terra 1.7, Jet Hot Longtubes, Hooker ORY @ an open QTEC in I pipe. I was also tuned by Mikey. The TR230 mirrows the TR224 power levels until 5500 rpms when it starts to pull away. Figure 10-15rwhp peak over the TR224 with virtually no gain in area under the curve. You will also have to spin the motor higher to make peak power. My TR224 on stock heads peaked at 5950rpms and after the heads at 6050rpms which I really like as I shift for max power at 64-6500rpms. HTH

For thr 224/224, I'd guess 365-375, my numbers and mods are in sig.

I did 378rwhp 378 rwtq, Check my Cardomain site for my mods, no ported TB (now I wish I did)

I did 380/372 last year with stock heads, Macs, True Duals, Ported TB and lid. No pulley. This is on a 10 bolt. Same setup but with a moser 12 bolt and 4.10's was 372/363.

Mine did 385/376 with stock heads and 12 bolt. That was with a stock PCM and a MAFT.
