I need advice on a new cam My cam was good a couple years ago...but I am seeing guys make more power with just a cam and headers. My car is only driven once a week and used as a fast street car. I am thinking about going with a 100 shot to get more power,but I am not crazy about dealing with that, just a cam swap may be just what I need. Thanks

My thoughts exactly, those seem like awesome numbers, and for such a small cam. You are probably better off just throwing the 100 shot on there like planned, that will net a nice 540 rwhp, that's nothing to be sad about

I would only add nitrous. Your setup is PERFECT as it sits. When I started messing with things I noticed I started having issues. Sometimes it is good to just enjoy the car. I remember my cam and header setup. It was awesome and made great power, but I had to change things. Now 3 years later and I am still spending money. Also, you cant look at one shop car and say many cam and header only cars are dyno'ing higher than you. It's just not true. Ask yourself this... How many cars do you see that purchase similar packages as the shop cars and get the same or better #'s?
Who's running 410+ hp on cam and headers??? This I gotta see. I'd have it dyno'd again in late October, and see if your numbers are better. Hell, I've only got 375hp and my last performance mod will be a 100 shot as well. Once you start messin' around with 500+hp you are putting some serious stress on your engine. Just how much time do you want to spend replacing/upgrading supplementary systems is up to you.

Those numbers are great by any standards. You'll also note your making peak power by 6100 rpm. I wouldn't change a thing.
