Default c1 cam only results

Well I finally got my car on the dyno. Cam specs are 222/222 .566/.566 112 lsa

357 rwhp @ 6000 rpm
345 rwtq, flat from 3100 to 5100 rpm
SAE correction factor of 1.24 for the ~8000 ft DA

Through cats and a catback, 16" wheels, 10 bolt with 4.10's. I guess i'm happy with the numbers considering I don't have an underdrive pulley, ls6 intake, 160 thermostat, ported tb, or any of the free mods. Oh yeah, and 97000 miles on the stock shortblock & heads. I will try and scan the graph tomorrow.

Here is the graph

Cool! Pulley, Intake and TB will bring you to 380 no problem. Thats about right for that size cam.

They seem low. TTP posted a graph w/that cam 396rwhp & 376 rwtq. I was looking at that cam.

It is about right. I got a 02 with a B1, stock gears, no pulley, no tune, with cats, and pulled 386/372

i put down 323/339 with no cats, cutout, lid through an auto.the car has always put down good numbers. at that time it also ran 12.90s at 109 i added this c1 cam and slp long tubes and it only put down 349/352. whats wrong? im not tuned..and the egr wouldnt reach the connector on the long tubes so thats not plugged. i just didnt connect the wires on the egr solenoid. could that be robbing that much power? it throwing those codes and maybe an egr leak? i dont know where to start looking but something is wrong. my y pipe is also 2.5 inch and non mandrel bent. i had to do that for clearance issues as i am lowered 2 inches. i know thats taking some power but shouldnt be that much. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. didnt mean to hi jack the thread man, lol. your numbers are really good

363 stock ls1 intake & heads.
Easily close to 4 hundo on a dynojet (I suppose).
c1 + longtubes untuned.

Love the cam can't wait to see how the AFR's like it.

That's cool, I'm also getting afr's. Probably an ls2 intake too.

The c1 is a great little cam. I do have mild work done on my heads but they still only flow 257@.600 int. and 219@.600 exh. The mid lift are just about on par with all teh sponsors heads and a lot less runner volume.
Car is full weight with 40 lbs extra for the 12 bolt . 3726 with me in it and runs 11.6's on Nitto drag radials and now that the Bmr tq. arm is set right( thanks to madman for setting it at the thunder shootout) I am confident that I will go 11.4's on the ET streets this winter.

May be going to bigger cam and GTP heads soon because of the awsome deal I am getting but only because my car doesn't see much every day driving. I do love the c1 and should leave well enough alone but I just have that itch again

Don't know, I never got a baseline. Forgot to mention, I had some knock retard that took me down to 23* at 4000 rpm. I think richening it up to 13:1 and getting rid of the timing speed bump will give me back the torque i'm missing. I added the log file to the first post so you can see what i'm talking about.

Keep us posted on the #'s. I am seriously looking at that cam, but the no change in Tq is scaring me off a little.
