I want! Must start saving! I'm sure that thing cost a pretty penny! Now, upgrade the fuel system and slap a 200 shot on that beast!

More then likely it's the lsx style manifold that is the reason. When I recieve my 434 from them we will find out for sure as I will be running a slightly smaller at .050 cam, although it will be a solid roller with over .700", with 11.7 to 1 with c5-r heads (which my peak flow numbers are only marginally better) and a sb2 intake with 1550 cfm 4150 tb.

Nice numbers and all, but my friends budget 408 makes about the same power for a hell of a lot less money.

i didnt notice that your friend had 3.90 gears like i have, ask him to take out the 3.42s and put 3.90 gears in it it will loose almost 20rwhp that would put mine up to 585rwhp...and 530rwtq...belive it or not...not to knock it that is good power for a 408 ....

Lets see, he has a stock waterpump compared to your electric w.p., he has 25' timing and 91 octane and totally maxed out inj's.. He also has less head flow and what appears to be less cam. And 3.42 to 3.90 ain't 20 rwhp. No need to justify the money you spent............... I was just mak'n a point. Have a nice day.

No need to criticize good numbers or what someone paid. Line the cars up and see who is faster. You will find out my almost 2 year old FMS setup is faster and I paid much less than all of you. Just kidding...

thats fine and everything, but all my work on my car (other than my short block and tuning on the dyno which i helped out) i have done myself in my garage, so i am pretty proud of myself considering i am doing this on a budget, and i am only 21. and dont be so sure you will beat us vince

Sorry you feel that way, but reality is not criticism. Once again, have a nice day.

It's ok. We all live in our own realities. My thing is if a guy is happy with his decision then we should not take a dump on his decision. That is all I am trying to say.
