Mother of All Bolt-ons Swap:SLP/QTP HVM,LS6/FAST90, X/Y *Dyno Result*
Just got a call from the shop. 468rwhp (up from 425rwhp) Untuned for the swap.
I don't believe it.
Dual cutouts gained 15rwhp when open.
Details to come........
I'm calling until I find out a few things, but if this is true, it's insane.
Edit:
I've gone back to the shop (the shop who called me with the 468rwhp claim) and asked them to give me the correct runfiles (they gave me the wrong ones yesterday).
Apparently, the most they revved to was 6000rpms, as they were not sure where the limiter was (6900) . They did not log the open cutout run (they claimed the 468 run was with the open cutouts).
Take this graph with a grain of salt until later this week, when I retune and redyno at the other shop which gave me the 425 baseline........

I'm still skeptical. I'd like to believe, but if the news is true, I'm damn happy!
A floppy disk w/ the dyno pull info will be provided when I pick up the car.
This is not the same dyno as the 425 dyno, yet this dyno (the one used today) has been stingy to me in the past. I'll take the car next week to the 425 dyno shop for tuning and see what happens.

Congratulations Carlos!! Where did you end up taking it to get tuned? Those are some super stout #'s. Did you have a ported TB before the FAST setup? Anyway, there is power there whether corrected/uncorrected ,tuned or tuned those are some sick #'s.

Whats a HVM? Whats the deal on the QTP headers? bigger pipes? better collectors? Where are they making the extra power compared to an FLP or Pacesetter etc? Just curious, maybe I should have pennied up for the big boys.
