Default FMS 408 stroker with GT55 Turbo

Ok, posted this in FI, thought it is applicable here:


Ok.

Heres the final numbers on pump gas of my setup.

Once again to reiterate:
GT55 turbo
408 Stroker
12 bolt 3 42 gears

Lets just say I almost **** myself when I saw the final results:



this is on 12.5 lbs of boost, 16 deg's of timing and 12.6 a/f ratio.

******* sickness..............how is the driveablity, and is it an auto or M? I would imagine a 6 speed with that kinda power would either blow the tires off at any speed you want, or burn clutches like marshmellows in a deep fryer.

LOL..Both of those statements can be applied. 1-2nd are useless and 3rd gear at 70 MPH on drag radials and on the 3rd clutch . The Mcleod dual disc is doing great now and drives very well compared to what they were like 3 years ago.

i cant believe what RPM your peak power is at Seems like you'll be having a healthy valvetrain for a long time down the road.

damn thats truely awesome!! What I wouldn't give to actually have heard that dyno. Turbo's sound so damn sweet on these cars. Nice numbers Grats guys I'm sure it took alot of hard work to get it to where it is today!! Sweet!!

if i dyno 1200+ rwhp on c16 you dont think my car is 8 second capable?

maybe a lil more suspension work, but i think so...
