I'm also interested in what kind of numbers these heads will put down with a smaller cam like a 224/224 112lsa. If the numbers are right, I'll buy these heads tomorrow...

I am interested in knowing the exact specs and parts used for these numbers and a MS3 cam? What type of dyno what that? What type of springs? compression ratio? I am not the type to jump out and buy a part because of a few good numbers, but that type of power at that price seems to good to be true. Congrats on the numbers

Yes it was a MS3 Cam. The dyno was a Dynojet 248. PRC dual gold springs were used. Stock CR, the heads were unmilled.

My setup is PRC LS6 stg1 heads, MS3, Kooks 1 3/4 w/offroad pipes., ASP pulley, Halltech stinger, ported ls6 oil pump, FAST 36lb inj. and stock TI exhaust. The car is a 03 Z06.

Baseline without tune was 430rwhp. After a little tweak, it put down 461/409. There's still more tuning to do, but so far it's looking prety good. I will post up final numbers and graph when it's all done.

The only thing I can say is WOW!!!! for a set of heads at that price, putting down those types of numbers with your list of mods is very impressive. I hope with all the sells that this thread will make for these heads, the heads will come with the same quality and care as these ones tested. I may reconsider my choice of heads after I see more tested.

what is the valve size??? I know you posted it but I couldn't find it again

After reading this post earlier, I looked at the flow numbers on the TSP site, and they are outstanding for budget heads. Great numbers, thanks for sharing...

I just sold quite a bit of **** i had laying around on ebay. As soon as these bids finish up by the end of next week i may be purchasing these heads! Right now i have an MTI X1 cam 230/227/112. I have Comp 918 Springs aswell and hardened rods. Will I be ok if i bought the heads and used my comp 918's on them? Is there anything else i should be worrying about as far as clearance goes ?

MadMike- You should have no clearance problems with the heads and the cam you are running. The 918s will work fine with the setup as well.

The heads come with 2.00/1.55 valves. We should be seeing more great results as people start to put these heads on their cars. We've sent out quites a few sets the last few days!

Feel free to call us or email us if you have any questions!

Thanks!

Brian

They aren't listed on the web page, but the exhaust valve is 1.55, so the flow should be pretty decent, considering the high numbers on the intake side with 2.0 valves...

Hey MadMike,

What's PTV like if you select the 2.04" intake valve? Will it handle an F14, Magic Stick v3, or Torquer v2 without flycutting?
