Default 380rwhp possible?

Car made 331rwhp and 345 rwtq with FLP's, lid, 2OTL, and a modest 12.4:1 tune across the board. Since then Ive ported the TB and bypassed it, and I have a MTI C1 Hammer cam (222/222, .566"/.566", 112LSA). You think nailing down a decent 13.0 tune with this cam can net me 380rwhp? I know this type of thread is overdone, but Im just curious to see what everyone thinks. Thanks.

I can't see why not. I'm making 365/355 with a 12.4:1 tune and didn't have an LS6 intake OR ported TB on the car.

I've got the ported TB now and am redyno'ing on a 12.8:1 tune this coming week. Still need an intake.

I made 372 rwhp with a 221/221 558/558 114lsa with Mac mids so 380 is very possible. I didnt even have a ls6 intake on at the time. Oh btw this was in my 98 z28

You'll probably do better than that. The hammer cam has been very impressive in the past, some have hit 400rwhp and even a little over with great torque to boot! You will enjoy this cam.

yes, 380rwhp will be a piece of cake. I did it with the MTI B1 cam (221/221) that has even lower lift and LSA.

you should be making a little more. My 98 with SLP Lid, Pacesetter LT's, TSP ORY and Rumbler made 331/345, and i do not have the LS6 manifold. You should be making more than that.

I made 376rwhp/377rwtq with my little "old man cam" 214/220 from Thunder Racing and Kooks Long tubes.

I think your tuner is going to decide the results

Ryno, got any soundclips of that beast yet? Either with or without the cam, I wanna hear that exhaust!

Oh, and I don't think you'll have any problem hitting 380.
