TSP 233/239 cam with TSP/PRC LS6 CNC'ed heads
Been a while since these pulls were made, but figured I'd throw this up here in case anyone else wants to see what kind of numbers it can make.
All modifications can be seen in the sig.
Three pulls were done - first was 420, then 425 and finally 430 rwhp. Tuner thought there might be a tad left in it (90+ degrees, high N. Alabama humidity in June), but I chose to keep it safe. I was satisfied for the money invested and given that the weather conditions were so poor for dynoing. Also had just driven the car 100+ miles to the dyno....I rolled up and we just strapped her down and started pulling.

Thanks Jason, I have definitely been enjoying it.
Also have to say thanks to the TSP crew for being so willing to help with the questions and parts!!
I'm sure I'll be spending more money with you guys in the future.
Thanks!

I was originally shoot for 425-450rwhp, so I'll say I'm happy with what it made.
I've actually be thinking of swapping the Mac's for a set of 1 3/4 Kooks, but haven't made up my mind just yet. Those things are pricey!!

I think GMHTP did a great article on the TSP CNC'ed LS6 heads and MS4 in this month's copy. I don't remember the numbers exactly, but they were good.

Those numbers are real good. With heads it would be impressive indeed.
I haven't decided what I'll do just yet. Got to come up with the cash either way. That's always the tough part!

Could get a set of pacesetters and even throw in a nitrous kit for the price of the qtps or kooks. Like your sig says a well thought out combination . 550rwhp / some high $$ namebrand headers, damnit can't decide ...

I'd like to see what numbers come out of that combo.

Marv I think you'll find you can make 460rwhp with a ported Fast 90 intake also.

I would like to go with that and possibly a PTM or NW 90 TB. Also, might ditch the MAC mids and go with a Kooks setup (1 3/4 SS headers and 3" SS ORY). That should help the motor breath quite a bit.
Got a smoking isssue to resolve before I do much more though. Ever since I put the LS6 CNC'ed heads on the car, it's started consuming oil. My first hunch is that the rocker bolt holes that got ported into, aren't sealed up properly. I plan on pulling the rockers and resealing them. You guys don't think I could have possibly got a hold of a set with the cracked rocker mounts do you?
I highly doubt this, but I guess anything is possible. They were bought back in May if that helps.

No I seriously doubt it. I bet you just have a rocker bolt not sealing properly. Keep in mind those things are brand new GM guides so the odds of them consuming oil is pretty slim to none... Call me when you get ready for a fast 90 & PTM TB, I'll take good care of you!
