Thumbs up TSP PRC 5.3L Stage 2.5 Heads Results! PICS INSIDE!

Finally got around to spending my tax return and decided on these heads cause they are DEF. affordable and are assembled with some great valve springs.

Jon Reynolds really helped me out alot and always set some time aside to answer my questions, even during bussy tax season.

Anyways here we go.

Mods:
TSP Torquer V2 Cam(232/234 .595 .598 112+2)
Dyno Tuned @ Gforce Motorsports-Mike Whitehouse
PRC Stage 2.5 5.3L Heads
LS6 Intake
32# Lucas/Delphi Injectors
Ported Throttle Body w/ Bumpstop Mod
Crane Lifters
PRC Platinum dual valve springs
SLP Longtubes with 3" Off Road Y pipe
Custom Magnaflow Catback-" Magna mouth"
K&N Filters
SLP/Blackwing Air Lid
Bolt-ons
Free Mods
NGK TR6(gapped at .040) spark plugs
8mm MSD Wires

Im very pleased with the way I was treated, the price, and the results.

Thanks Texas Speed and Performance!

Time to get an underdrive pulley, 90/90 FAST, and EWP!!!

434 @ 6500 rwhp-SAE 5 correction

My tuner said it was supposed to be 398rwtq though.

if you get a fast get it ported, its worth it IMO.Ive got those heads with aTR224 in a stalled auto and put down 417rwhp 407rwt. I think the fast helped it out too. When i was just cammed i put down 348rwhp(350rwhp highest it put down),but with the heads and ported fast i jumped 69rwhp,and got 417rwhp

The fast was a last minute thing when i was installing the heads. So I whent looking for someone that already had them ported and in stock with a Nick williams Tb.Ron at Veangeance answered the call and overnight it(ported fast and TB)The whole set up TB,port work and fast with overnight was around $1300 I think. He was having a sale on this just a couple weeks ago,so you mite wanna Pm him you may get it cheaper.Like I said with those heads and the ported fast and Nw TB I gained 69rwhp and it will help when i step up in cubes, and those gains are in an A4

And this was over my ls6 intake, and He (Ron)said I would get about 25rwhp.On the heads I got 40+rwhp wich is great for budget heads, and yes jon reynolds helped me decide. He did a great job!!Worked real well with my small cam.Im saving for a stroker right now and then Ill upgrade the cam then. Its gonna be TSP all the way!!! So if you get one deff. get it ported.Look at the gains I got with my mild set up.Before ordering the fast I did a search and most people were pretty negative, but the ones who were did not have one.Im speaking from experience its worth it.I got 69rwhp with the ported fast NwTb and TSp 5.3l heads.
