Default dyno results - H/C, bolt-on Z06

Just wanted to share my dyno results from last week. The car is a 2002 Z06 with the following mods;
LG LTs
Borla Stingers
Vararam
AFR 205 59cc heads
LG G5x2 cam
UD pulley
SVO 30 lb injectors

results on a dynojet
459 rwhp 424 rwtq (92 degree temp)

My good friend Dave King did the tune using HP tuners. All I can say he is the man when it comes to FORD tuning and now he is the man when it comes to LS motor tuning! The car drives like it is stock, until you get on it!

I want to thank allngn_C5, JG853, 30th t/a, Tony Mamo (AFR), Bobby, Lou and Louis at LG Motorsports. All of these guys were really helpful in answering my questions and are class acts. Last but not least, my buddy Dave King. He is a mad-man when it comes to tuning and he dialed my car in like you wouldn't believe.

Next up...taking it to the track to see what it will run. I will keep you guys posted. Stay tuned...........John

I must say that I am flattered to be thanked in the same breath as the guys you mentioned. Lou Gigliotti and Tony Mamo are two of the great ones out there. Bobby is the man, Louis is amazing, and the LS1tech members are all known as good guys and very knowledgeable. Just wanted to say thanks for the mention and congratulations on the EXCELLENT results you got. I am very impressed with the X series of cams from LG Motorsports. Can't wait until you get to the track. Good luck and feel free to PM me anytime, stay in touch.

Have you considered the Meziere EWP for a few more hp and better gas mileage. Also great for cooling your car down between rounds at the strip. Max coolant flow available at idle, my car runs very cool. 10000 miles so far on the EWP and going strong.

Doug,
At this point, no more mods. I would like to get the car to the track (seat time) and see what it runs. Once I feel I have the "driver" part of the equation down, then on to the next mod.

In this order.........
1. 3.90's
2. FAST 90/90 set Mamofied

take care,
John

I could be totally wrong... but i'm looking at your mods you listed and i would think you'd be putting out way more power on a ZO6?

It's 405 stock HP... and with all your mods now your making 459... that's a 44 hp increase... I would think the heads/cam alone would give you somewhere in that range...? no,yes????

yeah they are 405 FLYWHEEL HP, roughly 360 REAR WHEEL HP, so its like a 100 RWHP gain.

Sounds good to me. Damn you have a strong car. All that power don't even have a ported FAST 90 yet. You will be happy, especially up top when you get it.

Congrats man. That is pretty good for a Heads Cam Z06, I bet you would get close to 500 RWHP with the

Ported FAST 90/90 20 RWHP
Pully 5 RWHP
EWP 5 RWHP. Will gain more in ET though.
