Looking for a Dyno Shop!!!
I've lived in MD, my entire life, and never heard anyone refer to South Eastern MD.

I live just south of Baltimore, and have gone to FBC in south baltimore (mustang dyno), Total Performance in Mt. Airy (mustang dyno, but their calibration is way low. I dyno'd nearly stock cts-v @ 295, yikes!) & Tony's Corvette's in Gaithersburg (dyno shop looks like an operating room, but pricey.)
I'm sure there are a lot more. PSI in Glen Burnie has a dyno (not sure what kind though).

Ed explained what he was doing as he worked on the car. The car was running very rich. It had been tuned before, but not by Ed. It idles better and feels great on the highway. I know of 3 other people who were having problems and Ed fixed them.

Yeah but it happens... I just retuned a SC'd car with cam and fast 90/90 and 10 #s of boost. The previous tune was done by a major board sponsor that everyone respects.
The car ran very poorly, especially in boost.
How can folks know who to trust?
For those that know, here is 90% of the previous tune that was on the car (edit- yes, the VE AND MAF tables were stock. Seriously):

If it isn't it's best (or DAM close), it shouldn't leave the shop.
Trust is an issue though for sure, and you make a very valid point. It is very hard to know who is who in this business.
Nice car man!

a friend went to fbc with his ws6 he had a procharger on it they helped him out with swaping s/c pulley belts (but the owner says the bolts are stripped now, not blaming fbc on that just stating what he said) and he only made 420 or so he said on 9Lbs, his car runs like trash, but hes at school in n/c so im not sure whats up with it

I don't know about the supercharger bolts, I just tuned it - and it wasn't making 9 lbs! 420 on a Mustang dyno for all the more mods he had is pretty good. He went to the track the next day and ran the best he has ever run and was all extatic about it... Saw him right before he went away to school and it was running good and he was happy... hmmm...
I agree, i sent you a PM and was going to tell you the same thing. Bret and FBC have tuned about 10 cars for me and have 0 complaints. They always work with me and also go the extra mile. Still over 1 hour drive me to get there but happy to go there.
