Default High dyno numbers for a bolt on only car !

I just tuned this car the other day , it is an 02 camaro SS 35th anniversary . Here is what is done to it :

American Racing Headers with catted y-pipe
SLP loudmouth 2 exhaust
NGK TR55 plugs
MSD Wires
New Era Ported throttle body
Powerbond Underdrive crank pulley
SLP Lid with Blackwing filter
Still has the factory LS6 intake , unported , everything else is stock except for the clutch (RAM Powergrip HD and steel billet flywheel)

This is the most power I have seen from a bolt on only LS1 Fbody

365 rwhp and 381 rwtq m this is on a dyno jet dyno sae corrected .

It had 241 stock casting heads on it , I checked . And the powerband is peaking right where it should at 5350 rpms for a stock cam , an ls6 cam would peak closer to 6000 rpms . The AFR is between 12.5-12.8 and timing is between 26-28 degrees , so it is not an aggressive tune , just some key rpm locations for certain events but that's it .

This is the second time I have dynotuned this car , this round we just ported the throttle body and did the underdrive pulley which made 20 more rwhp and 20 rwtq than last time I tuned it with just the headers/exhaust/lid/filter .

Very nice numbers for sure....

Ill have to say they are very close to the top. IIRC, someone around here hit 37xrwhp with all boltons through a 6speed. There was a big thread about it.

In my 99SS M6, I hit 352rwhp/360rwtq with just a MTI lid and Pacesetter longtubes thru the stock catback with a 12 bolt and 3.73 gears.

No dyno tricks were done here , I didn't remove the belt to make a high number or anything like that , just bolted the parts on and tuned it in on the dyno like we always do .

dang man, i have an 02 Z28 A4 and after slp lid, ported TB, Kooks 1 3/4 headers, catted Y and gmmg catback and a tune i made 341rwhp and 348rwtq. Maybe if i got a better PP throttle body and a pulley i'd be close to that SS, dang im jealous.

Looks like it eclipsed the highest internally stock bolt on car rwtrq, but not rwhp.
Still stands at 371rwhp, but 368rwhp is very high.

I had one a few years back that was 360 RWHP and 375 RWT and thought the same thing. Crazy good numbers and I had not seen another like it till yesterday. I had a TA that did 358 RWHP and 373(?) RWTwith 3.73 gears.

It does not happen often for sure.

It's because it's a SS 35th. That adds like 10hp alone!! J/k Great results for a bolt on car. I'm really curious to see how it responds with a new cam.

Nice results! It looks similar to the results on my 02 35th anniversary for me being an A4.

12.76 afr, about 50 hrs of logging and tuning to get it 100% dialed in.
